Ok, first off, recently our apartment flooded for the second time. It seems that if the street drains aren't cleaned, this place doesn't get proper drainage and the garden apartments flood. Something that was failed to be mentioned when we entered our lease of course. But at least this time our landlord seemed to be more caring about the situation ( Read more... )
